Ketevan Kalandarishvili
ceoKetevan Kalandarishvili joined the Megalab team in 2023. Prior to that, she worked at Georgia Healthcare Group (GHG) from 2015, focusing on investor relations and fundraising, and in 2017 became the head of that department. Before joining GHG, Ketevan served as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Caucasus School of Business and completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2025.
Ketevan Kalandarishvili

Nino Gulatava
Medical DirectorNino Gulatava joined Megalab in 2021 as Medical Director. She is also the Director of CT-MED-GLOBAL, a consultant at the Children’s Infectious Diseases Hospital, a lecturer at the Caucasus International University, and a member of the Supervisory Board of LuxMed LTD. She has completed numerous international and local professional trainings. Nino’s 28 years of professional experience include positions at Tbilisi State University, Cito, Otar Gudushauri Medical Center, Medical House, and New Hospitals. She graduated from the Leningrad Pediatric Medical University (pediatrics), earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Caucasus University, and completed her PhD at David Tvildiani Medical University.
Nino Gulatava
Medical DirectorNino Gulatava joined Megalab in 2021 as Medical Director. Levan Arjevanidze
Commercial DirectorLevan Arjevanidze joined Megalab in 2024 as Commercial Director. His 16 years of experience in the healthcare sector include leadership positions at GeoHospitals, Aldagi BCI, PSP Insurance, the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, and the Tbilisi State Medical University Central Clinic named after Acad. N. Kipshidze. Before joining Megalab, Levan served as Director at MediDiagnostics. He holds a Medical Doctor’s degree from Tbilisi State Medical University, where he also completed a residency in Endocrinology.

Quality Management DirectorElene Machavariani joined Megalab in 2018 and serves as Quality Management Director. She has 15 years of experience in quality management, having worked at Evex Medical Corporation, New Hospitals, Global Medi, and My Family Clinic. Elene graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine, and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Healthcare Management) from The University of Georgia. She also holds a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma Management.
Elene Machavariani
Quality Management DirectorElene Machavariani joined Megalab in 2018 and serves as Quality Management Director. She has 15 years of experience in quality management, having worked at Evex Medical Corporation, New Hospitals, Global Medi, and My Family Clinic. Elene graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine, and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Healthcare Management) from The University of Georgia. She also holds a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma Management.
Davit Ozashvili
Operations DirectorDavit Ozashvili has served as Megalab’s Operations Director since 2023 and has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining Megalab, he headed the Procurement Department at Evex Hospitals, and earlier led the Medical Equipment Procurement Division and worked as a Business Process Analyst at Evex Medical Corporation. Davit graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine, and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.
Davit Ozashvili
Operations DirectorDavit Ozashvili has served as Megalab’s Operations Director since 2023 and has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining Megalab, he headed the Procurement Department at Evex Hospitals, and earlier led the Medical Equipment Procurement Division and worked as a Business Process Analyst at Evex Medical Corporation. Davit graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine, and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.

With 17 years of experience, she has worked in major organizations including the Tbilisi City Council Office, ProCredit Bank, and Evex Medical Corporation. Ana earned her degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and holds multiple certifications in psychology and management. In 2024, she obtained an Executive MBA from York University.
